This free download features a selection of piano pieces from beginner through early advanced levels, helping you identify your current piano level and choose music that's appropriate for your skills.
This resource contains several public domain scores that range in difficulty on a scale of 1 to 10.
Please note that these levels do not directly correlate RCM or ABRSM. Instead, they are consistent with the rating system found in The Pianist's Guide To Standard Teaching and Performance Literature as well as the Masterwork Classics repertoire series (both by Dr. Jane Magrath).
Since Level 10 represents the early advanced level rather than the most difficult repertoire, the entire leveling system is smoother and more granular compared to RCM and ABRSM.
